VWR Acquires United Biochemicals

VWR International has acquired United Biochemicals Inc., a manufacturer and supplier of high purity buffers and biochemicals for research, development and manufacturing processes to pharma, biopharma, cell culture media, and medical diagnostic industries. Financial terms were not disclosed.
